The 'Access Channels by User' analytics report provides information on data requests by individual users. This report can help you contact specific users of your data, and also determine how specific datasets are used.

Find the Access Channels by User analytics report

To find the 'Access Channels by User' analytics report, select Analytics in the main menu to the left of your screen.

In the sub-menu, select Access Channel by Users. This will give you the default report on Access Channel by Users on your Koordinates site

Understanding the 'Access Channels by Users' report

The default report will display: a list of users; each user's respective email address; and the number of requests from each user for all monitored services provided on your Koordinates site.

By clicking the 'Requests' tab, you can sort your results by most or least active user.

Filter the 'Access Channels by Users' report

There are three ways to filter the results on this report: by channel; by service; and by date. We run through each of these options below.

First, you can filter this report by channel, such as by WMTS, WFS or WFS Changeset data. You can do this by clicking the arrow next to 'Channel', as shown in the screenshot, below.

Second, you can filter this report to display data on specific monitored services - that is, on specific datasets. As above, you can do this by clicking the arrow next to 'Service,' as shown in the screenshot, below.

Finally, you can filter this report by date range. As in other analytics reports on your Koordinates site, you can do this by selecting the dates in the top right of your screen and selecting a range from the drop-down calendars.
