If you encounter issues with the Koordinates QGIS plugin you can submit a query at support@koordinates.com. Please include information such as the data you were working with and the error you encountered.

Error Messages

When you work with data using the Koordinates plugin, errors will be reported by QGIS in the map area and the in the QGIS messages widget.

If an error message is shown in a dialog, please provide this message when reporting problems:

Some operations will report errors in the QGIS Message Bar. If you see this message, click the "view details" button to gain more information.

QGIS Logs

You can open the QGIS log window by pressing the speech-bubble icon in the bottom right:

This will open a log panel where debugging and error messages will be displayed. If you are experiencing issues with data operations, you can copy and paste the information from the Kart tab in your support request.
