Import data into a new data repository

In this guide, we outline how to create a data repository from data stored on your local drive. Please note that data repositories can only be created from data in Geopackage format (.gpkg).

Click 'Add'

Select 'Add existing Data Repository to App'

Choose Geopackage dataset

Click the 'Browse' buttons to select a local Geopackage dataset.

Choose location for your data repository

After choosing a location, make sure to create a new empty folder for your data repository. The name you give this folder will be the name of your data repository in the Koordinates App.

Click 'Create Repository'

The Koordinates App will then create your new data repository. When it is complete, you will see it in your list of local data repositories on the left hand side of the Koordinates App.
