Koordinates App FAQs

How do I download the Koordinates App?

The Koordinates Desktop App is currently in public Beta. To try the Desktop App, please visit the Download page. 

How do I update the App? 

The Koordinates App is updated regularly. To download the latest release, please select the 'question mark' icon and then select 'Download Update.' If there is an available update, this text will be highlighted in green.

Do I need a Koordinates ID to use the App? 

Yes, a Koordinates ID is required to use the App. Learn more about Koordinates ID.

I have uploaded data to Koordinates Cloud. Can I access this data from the App?

Yes. After signing in with your Koordinates ID, you will be able to access and create data repositories from your data.  

I have access to multiple teams in Koordinates. Can I toggle between them?

Yes. Simply select the drop-down menu to add additional teams to the Data Browser. 

Do I need to know about 'git' to use the Koordinates App?

No. While some concepts and workflows in the Koordinates App will be familiar to 'git' users, all geospatial data users are able to use the Koordinates App with minimal guidance.

How much does it cost to store my data in Koordinates Cloud?
