Create a new organisation account

Note: Organisations are only available under the Business and Enterprise plans. 

For Enterprise plans contact our Sales department.

1. Navigate to the Koordinates Pricing page

Pricing | Koordinates – Earth’s Data Platform

To set up a new organisation account, select Business. 


2. Login to the Koordinates account that will be the owner of the organisation.

If you don't have an account, find out more on how to create a Koordinates account.

3. Provide the organisation details

This includes the Organisation name, and the portal URL subdomain name. 

Note: instead of <organisation>.koordinates.com, you can create a custom URL for your portal. Click this option for more information on how to set up a custom URL. 

4. Add Billing details

You have the option of including additional email addresses to receive billing information, ensure to separate each additional email with a comma. 

If paying by Purchase Order include the details here as well.


Once added billing details, select Confirm Subscription.

If your credit card has been added successfully, you'll be able to continue to your Koordinates Data Management dashboard. 

5. Start using Koordinates Site Settings

You'll be taken to your Site Settings menu of your new portal, where you will be given a range of options to help you get started. 

Settings include the Site portal name, and the interface.


These settings can be altered anytime, by navigating to Site Settings
