Update documents
There are two methods for updating documents. The first method is via the existing document itself using 'Manage Data'; the second is during the import of the new, updated document.
The 'Manage Data' Method
1. Select 'Manage' from the top navigation menu

2. Select 'Manage Data'

3. Click on your chosen document to update

4. Click 'Update Document'

5. Select to upload from a data source or by uploading a file.

6. Upload the document, and choose to assign to a group.

7. Click 'Update and Publish'
You also have the option of updating as a draft, which will allow you to perform additional QA checks before publication.
