Set permissions for all users on your data portal

Note: Global permissions are only applicable to data portal customers.

Select 'Admin' from the top menu

Click 'Other Features' and select 'Site Settings'

Select Users, Groups & Permissions

From your site settings page, click on the Users, Groups & Permissions tab. This will give you the option of setting permissions for users and groups.

This may give you the option of enabling:

  • User uploads: Allow users of your site to upload data.
  • API: Enable users to query your data via API.
  • Layer sharing: Allow users to embed data layers on their own site.
  • Invitation access: You can choose to limit access to your site by invitation.

Save your settings

Once you have made your choice, click Save to activate your new permission settings.
