The Koordinates system status page
Koordinates maintains a public system status page at status.koordinates.com, so publishers and users can keep track of the status of Koordinates sites.
The status page applies to all sites powered by Koordinates, not just koordinates.com.
The status page is run by a third-party service, so it stays up even if Koordinates has problems or an outage.
Notifications
Section titled “Notifications”To receive status notifications, select Subscribe to Updates at the top right of the page. You can receive notifications by:
- email;
- SMS;
- webhook, which posts a message to a URL you choose; or
- RSS or Atom feed.
System status overview
Section titled “System status overview”The overview gives a high-level summary of the status of all Koordinates systems, then shows whether each service is operational:
- Exports: exporting and downloading data from a Koordinates site.
- Web Interface: the Koordinates web application you use in your browser.
- Tile Services (including WMTS): basemaps and tile services on a Koordinates site.
- WFS: the Web Feature Service.
- Data query APIs: the Koordinates query APIs.
System metrics
Section titled “System metrics”Below the overview, graphs show how parts of the Koordinates system are performing, such as:
- Web Interface: Availability: whether the Koordinates web interface loads when you enter its URL.
- Maps and WMTS: Tile availability: the availability of tiles for basemaps and WMTS.
- OGC Services: WFS availability: the availability of the Web Feature Service.
Metrics show the last 24 hours by default. To see the last week or month, use the toggle at the top right of the first graph.
Past incidents
Section titled “Past incidents”Below System Metrics is a daily summary of incidents on the site for the prior fifteen days.
If there have been any issues with the Koordinates system on a particular day, you will be able to read all the public updates provided by the Koordinates team.
If there have been no incidents, the summary will read ‘No incidents reported.’
Incident history
Section titled “Incident history”Select Incident History at the bottom of your screen to be taken to a month-by-month summary of all incidents.
As with daily incident history, if there have been any issues with the Koordinates system on a particular day, you will be able to read all the public updates provided by the Koordinates team.
If there have been no incidents, the summary will read ‘No incidents reported for this month.’
