The Koordinates System Status Page
Koordinates maintains a public system status page at status.koordinates.com, which allows publishers and users can keep track of the status of Koordinates sites.
The system status page applies to all sites powered by Koordinates (and not just Koordinates.com)
This public status page is operated by a third party service, which means that the status site will remain live regardless of problems or outages on Koordinates Cloud.

System Status Overview
The system status overview provides a high-level summary of the status of the all Koordinates systems.
It then breaks down into which services are (or are not) operational - that is, whether or not they are working.
Web Interface
The front-end web application - that is, the Koordinates platform you see in your browser.
Downloads
Downloads of data from a Koordinates site.
Maps and WMTS
The base-maps and tiles services on a Koordinates site. These are distinct categories from the web application.
Data APIs
The publisher and consumer API services provided by Koordinates.
OGC Services
This is a broad category for Open Geospatial Consortium services, such as Web Feature Services (WFS) and Catalogue Services (CS-W).
System Metrics
Below the operational summary, you will see a range of graphs breaking down the performance of the Koordinates system into various categories.
Web Interface: Availability
Displays the availability of the web interface - that is, whether a Koordinates web interface appears when you enter the URL.
Web Interface: Response Time
Displays the time it takes for the interface to respond to user actions.
Web Interface: Error Rate
Displays the error rate for the interface.
Maps and WMTS: Tile Availability
Displays the availability of tiles for both the basemap and WMTS.
OGC Services: WFS Availability
Displays the availability of Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) services, such as Web Feature Services (WFS) and Catalogue Services (CS-W).
By default, the system page will reveal metrics for the most recent 24 hour period. You can toggle to the most recent week and month to the top-right of the first graph.
Past Incidents
Below System Metrics is a daily summary of incidents on the site for the prior fifteen days.
If there have been any issues with the Koordinates system on a particular day, you will be able to read all the public updates provided by the Koordinates team.
If there have been no incidents, the summary will read ‘No incidents reported.’
Incident History
Click Incident History at the bottom of your screen to be taken to a month-by-month summary of all incidents.
As with daily incident history, if there have been any issues with the Koordinates system on a particular day, you will be able to read all the public updates provided by the Koordinates team.
If there have been no incidents, the summary will read ‘No incidents reported for this month.’
