Site Access Settings

By default, all Business Sites are set to Private, and won't be accessible to anyone not logged in as a nominated user. 

Make a site public

Business Site Admins can set the Site access to Public, which will allow the site to be accessible to anyone, and datasets set to public will be published on Koordinates.com, the Koordinates App and associated plug-ins. 

1. From the top navigation, select the menu context button

Select Site Settings

2. From the side panel menu, select Public Access

3. Select Make site public

A warning pop-up will appear to confirm the action. 

4. Select Make public

Make a site private

By making it private, only nominated users will be able to access the site. To add new users, Site Admins will need to invite new users to the site.

1. From the Site Settings menu, select Public Access

2. Select Make site private

A warning pop-up will appear.

3. Select Make private
