MapInfo TAB

Create a MapInfo TAB

Koordinates supports the download of a MapInfo TAB extension per image or raster tile. This allows MapInfo to open JPEG and TIFF images without requiring registration of the image.

To create a MapInfo TAB for your image or raster download, check for MapInfo in the Download or Order screen.

Null values in MapInfo TAB downloads

The MapInfo TAB format does not support null values (i.e. "no value" or "unassigned") in data attributes. It is important to note that null values supplied in other formats will be modified in MapInfo TAB downloads per the following:

Attribute Type: Null Value

String: Empty string - ""

Integer: 0

Float/Decimal: 0

Date: Empty string - ""
